Project SuperintendentA well-established heavy civil construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join its field operations team.Job DescriptionLead and oversee all daily field operations for assigned construction projects.Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment resources.Coordinate project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics.Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget expectations.Participate in project meetings and collaborate with project management teams.Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, project documentation, and as-built records.Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and field modifications.Enforce safety standards and support a strong safety culture across all job sites.Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
