Our Team

DEPCOM''s Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generations transmission lines. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation.

  • Plan and drive weekly execution by building and communicating three-week look-ahead plans, tracking constraints, and coordinating priorities across teams.
  • Manage civil scope performance to schedule, budget, and contract requirements while verifying work and site conditions align with approved plans, specifications, and civil scopes (grading, utilities, erosion control), escalating risks early and driving recovery actions
  • Partner with DEPCOM Environmental and site leadership to support compliance with local, state, and project-specific environmental requirements.
  • Maintain strong, daily communication and reporting across self-perform crews, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment, remove obstacles, and enable timely, informed decisions.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement field-driven innovations that improve self-perform execution, reduce waste, and enhance safety, quality, schedule reliability, and cost performance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
