We are seeking a 3rd Shift Cycle Counter to support warehouse inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, location audits, and inventory investigations. This role partners with operations to identify and correct discrepancies, maintain inventory integrity, and support a safe, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory audits (bin/location counts)
Research and reconcile inventory variances (receiving, picking, put-away, adjustments)
Verify product identification, labels, lot/serial (as applicable), and locations
Document results and complete inventory adjustments per process
Coordinate with leads/supervisors to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurrence
Maintain organized count areas and follow all safety/site policies
Support additional warehouse duties as needed during downtime (within scope)
Qualifications
Prior experience in cycle counting / inventory control in a warehouse environment preferred
Comfortable using RF scanner / WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to work independently on 3rd shift and meet productivity/accuracy expectations
Reliable attendance and ability to follow written procedures
