Repwest Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for handling truck, trailer, and storage property damage claims.

As a Claims Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage, liability, and claim validity.
• Assess damages and evaluate claim values to facilitate fair and timely settlements.
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, and other involved parties.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in accordance with company expectations.
• Document claim activities accurately and ensure timely claim resolution.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Adjuster License within 30 days of employment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
