Job SummaryKinetic Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Property Damage Claims Adjuster for an insurance company in Monrovia, CA. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service while managing a volume of property damage claims. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of coverage analysis, liability evaluation, and California insurance regulations, and is able to resolve claims efficiently and fairly.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze insurance coverage to determine applicability and exposureInvestigate accident facts, evaluate liability, and determine appropriate claim outcomesNegotiate, deny, or settle property damage claims in a timely and fair mannerEnsure compliance with California Insurance Code regulations and claim handling standardsIdentify and investigate suspicious loss indicators and potential fraudPrepare claims files for subrogation as appropriateDetermine next steps and resolution strategies when claim issues ariseRefer matters outside of assigned authority to the Claims Supervisor or ManagerAttend trials, mediations, or hearings as requested by managementMaintain required insurance licenses and comply with Department of Insurance requirementsStay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practicesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsCollege degree preferred1–5 years of property damage claims adjusting experience requiredInsurance-related training courses preferredStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEssential FunctionsAbility to think clearly and exercise sound judgmentProficient computer skillsEffective written and verbal communicationAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periodsComfortable working in an office environmentCompensation: $55K-$75kKPG123
