Claims Administrator

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Claims Administrator that supports data management and administrative functions within property claims operations. This role rxecutes data pulling, reporting, and process support tasks to enable the team's day-to-day operational needs and initiative execution.

Responsibilities:

• Pulls, organizes, and enters data across claims systems and spreadsheets to support operational reporting and tracking needs
• Performs administrative functions including data filing, system updates, and document organization in support of team workflows
• Supports process mapping and documentation efforts, helping to capture and maintain current-state workflows
• Assists in building and maintaining reporting that tracks key performance indicators and process health metrics
• Organizes and structures data outputs to support team analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and compile data needed for ongoing initiatives
• Identifies data discrepancies and flags trends or gaps to support continuous improvement efforts
• Supports execution of new and modified processes by documenting changes and maintaining updated reference materials
