We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with healthcare claims, data research, validation, and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Coding or claims experience is highly preferred, along with familiarity with Adobe, FixIt, MS Word, and Luminix.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and resolve operational/system issues.
Analyze data, identify root causes, and support process improvements.
Validate claims/data and maintain operational documentation.
Develop and execute testing methods and document results.
Provide process/system support and assist with user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant operational/analytical experience.
1–2 years of data entry experience.
Strong claims support, research, data validation, and Excel skills.
Microsoft Excel is a MUST HAVE.
Medical Coding or healthcare claims experience is a strong plus.
Experience with Adobe, FixIt, MS Word, and Luminix is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
