Job Summary:
We are seeking a Claims Analyst with 2+ years of experience in claims processing, operations support, or healthcare administration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in claims research, data validation, data entry, and Excel, with the ability to analyze issues, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day claims operations. Candidates with medical coding or healthcare claims experience will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, review, and validate claims data to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Investigate claim discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend resolutions.
  • Support operational activities by responding to inquiries and resolving claims-related issues.
  • Perform data entry, maintain documentation, and assist with process improvements.
  • Conduct system testing, document results, and update SOPs and operational procedures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established processes and deadlines.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in claims, operations support, or an analyst role.
  • 1–2 years of data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required), along with MS Word and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with medical coding, healthcare claims, or ICD-10 is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe, FixIt, and LuminX is preferred.
  • Must have their own laptop to perform job responsibilities.
