Claims Analyst - STD/LTD (FINEOS Required)

• 2+ years of experience handling Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims.
• Hands-on experience with FINEOS is required.
• Strong understanding of disability claims adjudication and claims processing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during EST business hours.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with disability insurance carriers or TPAs.
• Knowledge of ERISA and disability claims regulations
