We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Assistant to support travel emergency claims processing.

In this role, you will evaluate claim information, verify policy coverage, process claims through data entry and document management, and communicate with claimants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing claim files, ensuring accurate adjudication, preparing correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of administrative experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A license in property and casualty adjusting is preferred.

Performance goals include adjusting progressively more claims within 30, 60, and 90 days, demonstrating independence and accuracy. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary and benefits.
