In this role, you will be the bridge between our technicians and our customers, guiding them through the often confusing world of insurance claims with patience and clarity. Salary Range: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are in our care.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to document damage and secure repair approvals.
• Keep accurate and detailed digital logs of every stage of the repair process.
• Communicate repair status updates clearly and kindly to our clients throughout their journey with us.
• Verify all paperwork, supplement requests, and billing details are accurate before a vehicle leaves the shop.
• Support our shop technicians by ensuring all necessary parts and authorizations are ready when needed.

• At least two years of experience in automotive repair or insurance claims processing.
• Strong familiarity with collision repair software like CCC ONE or Mitchell.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Understanding of vehicle components and repair procedures.
• Previous experience working directly with insurance adjusters is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical repair language into plain English for customers.
