Job Summary

This position is responsible for administrative Supplemental claim setup as well as initial claim review including but not limited to eligibility, determining coverage amounts, policy requirement, group/claimant contacts and preferences. Editing member data in the billing systems.  Responding promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma OR GED and 3 years of claims experience OR Bachelor degree and 1 year of claims experience
* Customer Service experience
* Organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiples tasks at once
* Knowledge of state regulations, statutes, and ERISA
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of ECM, STAR (Claim System), Genelco/GIAS, Siebel, UTS, Casetrak, Docsql, Benefits Manager, ImagePlus, and Index Assist Tool
* Aptitude for math and critical thinking skills
* Knowledge of state regulations, statutes, and ERISA
* Detailed oriented

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: requires 3 days in office; 2 days remote

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$17.75 - $28.39
