Description:

We are seeking an experienced Claims Inventory Manager with expertise in healthcare claims processing and Facets configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the claims lifecycle, the ability to bridge business and technical teams, and proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate healthcare claims inventory initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Manage and optimize healthcare claims processing throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Analyze Facets configuration and assess configuration impacts on business processes.
• Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of client and delivery resources.
• Manage competing priorities and adjust project plans based on business needs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and business impacts while ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive decision-making, and track action items.
• Ensure effective communication across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within claims operations.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare claims operations or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims processing and the end-to-end claims lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Facets configuration and its business impact.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
