Oversee claims functions for Automobile policies related to material damage, property & liability, and bodily injury.
 
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate lower complexity claims. Ensure claims are handled pursuant to policy.
 
• Conduct file reviews and audits as well as assess reports and customer complaints for quality.
 
• Implement processes to monitor and evaluate customer concerns, satisfaction, and anticipate customer needs.
 
• Track and monitor statistical measures and behavioral indicators to evaluate team performance. Coach and counsel employees on performance.
 
• Participate in employee recruitment.
 
• Collaborate on committees and projects.
 
• Provide technical expertise.
