The Claims Manager - Workers Compensation is responsible for leading and overseeing a defined segment of the Claims organization at UFG. This role ensures the effective, compliant, and customer focused handling of claims while balancing expense management, regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and talent development. The Claims Manager leads individual contributors, drives performance outcomes, and partners cross functionally to achieve enterprise goals.

The base salary range for this position is $103,221 - $136,105 annually, which represents the typical range for new hires in this role.
