This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, researching discrepancies, and keeping high-volume processes accurate and on schedule.

This is a temporary assignment with the potential to transition into permanent, full-time employment for individuals who demonstrate top-tier performance, reliability, and consistently strong accuracy and productivity. About the Role

As a Claims Processor, you will support claims entry, documentation review, data validation, and exception resolution. You will also assist with related administrative processes, including enrollment and payroll file processing, reconciliations, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with deadline-driven work, and the ability to follow established procedures while meeting service and quality expectations.

    • Enter and process claims accurately across internal systems.
    • Review claims documentation for completeness and compliance with plan documents and applicable IRS regulations.
    • Perform data entry and validation to maintain accurate records.
    • Research and resolve exceptions, rejected items, and discrepancies.
    • Support enrollment and payroll file processing, document reviews, and reconciliations.
    • Generate and analyze reports to identify errors, patterns, and items requiring follow-up.
    • Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
    • Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
    • Respond to questions from Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
    • Assist with participant or employer calls and emails as needed.

    What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred.
    • One to three years of experience in claims processing, back-office administration, or operations.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures consistently.
    • Comfort handling repetitive, high-volume work while maintaining accuracy.
    • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns, errors, or potential fraud.
    • Experience navigating standard office software, cloud-based platforms, and customer support systems.
    • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
    • Ability to retain training information, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and apply what you learn.
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check.
    • Current Arkansas residency and availability to complete training before transitioning to remote work. Out-of-state candidates will not be considered.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • College coursework or a degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or a related field.
    • Working knowledge of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), COBRA, and other pre-tax benefit plans.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and IRS regulations related to benefit accounts.

    Assignment Details

    • Employment type: Temporary assignment with potential for permanent, full-time employment based on top-tier performance and business needs.

    • Candidate eligibility: Only local, Arkansas-based candidates will be considered, even though the role becomes remote after training.
