QUALIFICATIONS
  • Comfortable making and answering phone calls, using online tools
  • Comfortable attending events and talking with new people
  • After and during training, be willing to take photos, create floor plans and write informal scope notes

Preferred: No experience is required, free training is provided

  • Outside sales or business development experience (insurance/adjusting, a plus),
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in the field,
  • Valid driver license & reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate leads and meet clients on site or online,
  • Present Metro's services, review property insurance policies, & conduct property inspections
  • Complete necessary paperwork to support the claims process,
  • Build a referral network of professionals
  • Communicate with clients keeping them apprised of claim progress/status

Time Commitment: It's up to you, but most successful trainees invest 10-15 hours/week in learning, attending meetings (online), presenting and following up. 

Compensation: Average earnings $50-$75K

UNCAPPED COMMISSION - Seasoned earners make $150K and up
