QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Answer phone calls; utilize online tools
  • Willing to learn 
  • Reliabile and communicative
  • Organized and able to track conversations and follow-up
  • Professionally represent Metro Public Adjustment
  • Attending presentations, events and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Willing to take photos/videos, creating floor plans and writing scope notes

Preferred: No experience is required, free training is provided; however, preference will be given to those with:

  • Outside sales or business development experience (insurance/adjusting a plus)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to travel

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do:

  • Generate leads and meet on-site or virtually to present our services,
  • Build referral networks with contractors, brokers, and other pros,
  • Conduct property inspections to identify potential damage covered by insurance,
  • Review and interpret insurance policies to help property owners understand their coverage,
  • Communicate with clients throughout the claims process,
  • Complete necessary paperwork to support claims processing

Compensation:

Uncapped commission - Average earnings $50-$75K - seasoned earners make $150-$250K

You will earn during your training.

Time Commitment:
