Claims Representative - Public Adjustment Services

• Willing to learn,
• Comfortable answering their own phone and using basic online tools,
• Organized & Professional,
• Confident attending events and talking with new people,
• Able to take photos/videos, create floor plans and in writing scope notes.

Preferred:

• Outside sales or business development experience (insurance/adjusting a plus),
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in the field,
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel

No experience is required. Free training is provided.

What You'll Do:

• Generate leads and make presentations to clients on-site or online,
• Build a referral network of professionals,
• Conduct property checks identifying damages potentially covered by insurance,
• Identify coverage gaps through review of property insurance policies and help property owners understand their policy, 
• Communicate with clients throughout the claims process,
• Complete paperwork necessary to support the claims process

What You'll Earn and How Much Time is Required:

Metro Public Adjustment Claims Reps work how/when & where they want. Some choose to work Full Time, some Part-Time, and others occasionally/when they come across people who need our help. The work is flexible, but consistency yields best results.

Most successful trainees invest 10-15 hours per week learning, attending meetings and events, presenting and following-up with clients can easily earn about $100-$300/week. Once training requirements have been met, that amount can jump significantly. Amounts vary as we work on a contingency basis, but you can earn $90,000 to $150,000 or more, 'full time.'
