Claims Representatives - Public Adjustment Services

Requirements:

• Comfortable using online tools,
• Answers the phone, is reliable and responsive with communication,
• Organized and able to track conversations and follow-ups,
• Professional and confident representing Metro Public Adjustment,
• Comfortable attending events and talking with new people,
• Willing to take photos/videos, creating floor plans and writing scope notes.

Preferred:

No experience is required, free training is provided; however, preference given to those with:

• Outside sales or business development experience (insurance/adjusting a plus).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Public Adjuster license a plus; training provided if not licensed.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet clients on-site or virtually to explain our services,
• Build referral networks with contractors, brokers, and restoration pros,
• Conduct property inspections to identify potential damage covered by insurance,
• Review and interpret insurance policies to help property owners understand their coverage,
• Communicate with clients throughout the claims process,
• Complete necessary paperwork to support claims efficiently.

Compensation:

Average earnings: $50K–$75K
Uncapped commission — seasoned earners: $150K–$250K+

Time Commitment:

Most successful trainees work Part-Time investing approximately 8-12 hours (per week) learning, attending meetings and events, presenting and following-up with connections.

This role is flexible but requires consistent activity to see results.
