Responsibilities and Duties:
Daily communication with outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations
Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system
Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing
Compile and manage large amount of data from the system
Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.
Background/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Good communication skills
Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)
