We are seeking a Claims Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing claims from registration through closure. The ideal candidate will have strong claims analysis, customer care, project management, and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. This role will work closely with Product Safety, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams to manage claims, KPIs, risks, and high-profile cases.
Manage claims from registration through investigation, liability assessment, resolution, and closure.
Monitor pending claims, KPIs, TATs, and claim performance metrics.
Conduct quantitative analysis and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage multiple ongoing and ad-hoc projects involving KPIs, metrics, documentation, and risk management.
Review diagnosis/investigation results and support product liability assessments.
Identify risks, develop recommendations, and escalate key issues to leadership.
Collaborate with insurance carriers, TPAs, outside law firms, Product Safety teams, HQ teams, and SEA operations.
Present claim analysis, trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
Participate in occasional evening calls with teams in Korea.

Required Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on claims management and customer care experience.
Experience with Product Liability, General Liability, P&C, or similar insurance claims strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including quantitative/data analysis.
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present data and tell a clear story visually.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify risks, make judgments, and recommend solutions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to explain complex reports and analysis to different levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the insurance or home appliance/consumer electronics industry.
Product development, product testing, or product safety experience.
Claims Adjuster License.
Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, law firms, or external adjusters.
Experience managing complex organizations and cross-functional projects.
Strong strategic planning, process improvement, and project development experience.
