Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Claims Specialist to join a prestigious team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role offers a dynamic environment where the specialist will be responsible for managing a variety of claims processes and ensuring efficient communication between all involved parties.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process first notice of loss reports.
- Review policy information and assist with preliminary coverage verification.
- Establish and maintain claim files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Enter claim activity, correspondence, payments, and updates into agency management systems.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, adjusters, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor open claims and conduct regular follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate claim status and updates to clients and internal team members.
- Track, record, and analyze claim activity for both personal and commercial insurance accounts.
- Process claim-related correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Prioritize workload effectively while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
- Follow established procedures, workflows, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty License is required.

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details:
Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, with approximately 0% travel time involved.
