SUMMARY
The Claims Specialist is responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing warranty and after-sales claims to ensure compliance with company policies and OEM standards. This role serves as a key liaison between OEM teams, dealers, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient resolution of claim issues.
