Location: Plano, TX (6625 Excellence Way, Plano, TX 75024)

Contract Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to support warranty claims administration, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with an outsourced support team based in Rivervale, NJ, ensuring operational issues and escalations are resolved efficiently.
• Manage and respond to escalations received from Service Partners, Field Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Review requested labor rate updates against contractual agreements and accurately maintain rate information within internal systems.
• Support the warranty claims audit process by reviewing claims prior to final warranty closure.
• Extract, organize, and analyze large datasets from internal systems to support business operations.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses related to warranty costs, trends, claim activity, and other operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience handling and analyzing large datasets.
