**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Clamp Driver / Clamp Truck Operator / Forklift Operator to join our team for the 3rd shift in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate a clamp truck or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
**Additional Information:**
-Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM start
- $20/hr base pay, with additional earnings tied to productivity metrics.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid clamp truck or forklift certification
- Proven experience operating a clamp truck or forklift in a warehouse or distribution center
- Knowledge of safety procedures while operating material handling equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate clamp truck or forklift to transport materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, move merchandise to designated areas, and stack materials in an organized manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow
