We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Clamp Forklift Drivers to support warehouse operations by handling and transporting materials efficiently and accurately.
Shift Schedules:
Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Second Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rates:
Day Shift: $20.50 per hour
Second Shift: $21.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate clamp forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stack products such as paper goods, appliances, or packaged materials
Handle products without pallets using clamp attachments while preventing damage
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any mechanical issues
Accurately stage products for shipping, receiving, and storage
Maintain productivity standards while ensuring accuracy and care of materials
Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating a clamp forklift required
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or extended hours as needed
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and heavy equipment
