Clamp Truck Forklift Operator

Location: Fontana

Pay: $20.75 per hour

Schedule (C Shift): 3 days of extended shifts — Sunday 6:00am–7:00pm; Monday & Tuesday 4:30pm–5:30am

A day in this role

You clock in and get the lay of the floor. Freight is staged and ready, pallet counts await your verification, and your sit-down forklift with clamp attachment is your go-to tool. You’ll alternate between precision moves to load and unload product, tallying pallets to keep counts spot-on, and stepping in for general labor tasks to keep the operation flowing. Safety is your north star—every move is deliberate, efficient, and by the book.

What you’ll handle

• Operate a sit-down forklift with clamp attachment safely and efficiently
• Move, load, and unload freight across the facility
• Support general labor needs as workflow requires
• Tally pallets and record counts with accuracy
• Assist inventory and material handling functions
• Follow site safety procedures and protocols at all times
• Adhere to company dress code and site rules (e.g., no backpacks)

What you bring

• Valid forklift certification for Sit-Down & Clamp — submit proof by 12:00 PM the day before your start date
• Bring your physical forklift certification card on Day 1
• Ability to lift, move, and manage materials in a warehouse environment
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical setting with heavy equipment
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Your first day

Day 1 is dedicated to general labor activities while your access badge is activated and orientation is completed. Come prepared and bring your Sit-Down & Clamp certification card.
