Pay Rate: $27.21

Sign-on Bonus:

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

Hourly Full-Time (2nd shift, 3pm-11pm; 3rd shift ,11pm- 7am; Monday- Friday)

The Job You Will Perform:

• Clamp truck drivers unload, store, and take paper rollstock to and from the laminator. Rollstock handlers also maintain clean and well-organized storage areas.

• Clamp truck drivers report to laminator supervisors.

• following all plant safety, quality, product safety, and other rules and procedures;

• unloading and storing rollstock from rail cars and/or trucks;

• identifying unloaded rolls with tags and writing;

• checking corrugator schedules, and obtaining and delivering the appropriate rollstock to the various wet end positions;

• returning down (butt) and/or unused rolls from the wet end to the rollstock warehouse;

• keeping track of rollstock tallies and tickets; either consumed, loaded or unloaded

• assist with loading and unloading of any raw materials and/or FG from machine

• helping wet end crews;

• helping on other parts of the corrugator when the machine is down;

• maintaining clean and organized work areas

• performing other duties as assigned by supervision.

The Skills You Will Bring:

The ability to meet the requirements of the job with or without accommodation; the certified ability to safely operate a forklift truck and clamp truck; the ability to read, write, and speak English; the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; the ability to use basic shop math; the ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
