Clamp Truck Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate or Clamp Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator

Location: Jonestown, PA

Pay Range: $16.5-22.50

Shift: 1st or 2nd

What's the Job?

• Receive shipments: unload trucks and check incoming items for accuracy and damage
• Pick and pack orders: locate products, package them, and prepare for shipping
• Operate equipment: use tools like pallet jacks, forklifts (with training including clamp trucks, high reach, dock stockers), or scanners
• Stock and organize: place products in correct locations and keep inventory organized
• Maintain safety & cleanliness: follow safety rules and keep the workspace tidy

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Basic computer or scanner skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for long periods
• Teamwork and time-management skills
