Class A / B CDL Drivers

Clove Excavators is a family-owned and managed paving and excavating contractor, serving the Hudson Valley for 20 years.  We handle jobs of all sizes for private parties and municipalities, and our diverse team doesn’t rest until the work is done. 

We are seeking experienced Class A / B CDL Drivers to be based out of Poughkeepsie, NY and be responsible for transporting asphalt and stone to various construction sites throughout the Hudson Valley.   

You will generally work M-F from 7:30am – 5:30pm, with frequent overtime and work on Saturdays, especially during the summer. 

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• At least 2+ years of experience driving a standard transmission triaxle truck
• Clean and valid NYS Class B commercial driver’s license
• OSHA 10 Construction required prior to starting
• Current Medical/Physical Card
• Motivated, “can-do” attitude

Pay: $23 - $27 / hour + overtime. Prevailing wage applicable on certain job sites.
