We are seeking experienced, reliable Class A CDL Drivers for dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) routes. If you prefer high-speed trucks, excellent mileage, and predictable, steady freight, this is the lane for you. Run hard, get paid weekly, and drive late-model equipment.
- Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Primary Running Areas: Midwest, Mid-Central, South, and Southeast
Compensation & Benefits
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $2,000+
- Pay Rate: $0.69 CPM (All miles paid – Loaded & Empty)
- Frequency: Paid weekly
- Layover Pay: $150 per day
- Breakdown Pay: $150 per day
- Paid Vacation: Available after just 3 months of running
Home Time & Equipment
- Home Time: 3–4 weeks out, followed by 3–4 days off
- Take-Home Truck: Yes, you can take the truck home with you during your home time.
- Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2021–2025 models)
- Truck Speed: Governed at 70 MPH
Freight Details
- Touch Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight
- Drop & Hook: 5% Drop & Hook
Job Requirements
To maintain our safety standards and insurance compliance, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
- Must be able to pass a standard DOT physical and drug screen.
