    Safety Gate Requirements

    To ensure a safe and professional fleet, all candidates must meet the following strict safety standards:

    • No more than 1 preventable accident within the last 2 years.
    • No more than 2 moving violations within the last 2 years.
    • Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years.
    • No positive drug or alcohol test results in accordance with DOT regulations.
    • Valid and current Class A CDL with a clean, verifiable driving record.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and road evaluation.
    • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
    • Commitment to following all federal, state, and company safety regulations.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine physical tasks associated with loading and unloading, as required.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in a safe, efficient, and professional manner at all times.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
    • Secure cargo properly and comply with all weight and dimension regulations.
    • Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation as required by law and company policy.
    • Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes.
    • Represent the company positively with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
