Your Lane & Freight Profile

• Primary lanes: Worcester, MA to Albany, NY, Hartford, CT, and Providence, RI, with extended runs into the Lehigh Valley, PA and Northern New Jersey.
• Freight mix: Dry van, no-touch, with 80% drop-and-hook and 20% live unload at major distribution centers.
• Average weekly miles: 2,200 – 2,600 miles, with a target weekly gross scale ceiling of $1,750 for experienced drivers.

Your Compensation & Pay Structure

• Pay is based on a per-mile rate with a weekly performance bonus that rewards fuel efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Realistic weekly gross target: $1,750 ceiling, averaging $1,500 - $1,750 depending on lane and dispatch.
• End-of-year safety bonus and referral incentives for qualified CDL drivers.
