Compensation Breakdown
Gross Average Pay: $1,400 per week ($72,800 annual target)
Base Mileage Pay: $0.49 to $0.61 CPM (~2,100 miles/week)
Per-Stop Rate: $10.00 for stop #1; $15.00 for stops #2+
Weekend Differential: Additional +$0.03 CPM (Fri 1700 to Mon 0400)
Bonus Eligibility: Qualified for performance-based driver bonuses
Operational Mechanics
