Class A CDL Dedicated Driver - Home Weekly

Job Description

We are seeking active, professional Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account based out of West Memphis, AR. This specialized touch-freight role is excellent for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential, stay physically active, and get home every single week.

Run predictable regional routes on a stable, year-round dedicated contract with steady weekly miles. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay and equipment you need to succeed on the road.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,700 average weekly pay
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, stable freight volume

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset (Exact days may vary depending on customer freight needs)
• Volume: Deliver 3 high-yielding loads per week, averaging 3 delivery stops per load
• Mileage: Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Operating Area: Regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR, with deliveries extending into Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dedicated account touch-freight. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer delivery locations using company-provided roto-carts and hydraulic lift gates.
• Equipment: Well-maintained fleet equipped with the tools necessary to ensure driver safety and fluid delivery operations.

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Location: Must reside within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR.
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
