Looking to run steady, high-mileage team loops without waiting around at docks? We're hiring team drivers (and matching solo drivers looking for a partner) for preloaded, round-trip dry van runs.

The Financial Breakdown:

• Average Pay (1+ Yr Exp): $2,238 gross per week per driver ($116,378 annualized)
• Top Earners: Up to $2,583 per week ($134,318 annualized)
• CPM Rates: Scaled CPM per driver based on experience level
• Weekly Distance: ~6,000 team miles per week

Route & Schedule Details:

• Freight Type: 100% No-Touch, Preloaded Drop & Hook (zero wait time)
• Destinations: Round trips from Ogden, UT to Columbia City, IN; Memphis, TN; and Laredo, TX
• Home Time: 34-hour weekly reset (most common schedule starts Tuesday and resets Sunday night)
• Parking Note: Trucks park at Ogden or West Valley terminals (no take-home parking)

Driver Qualifications & Hiring Criteria

• License & Physical Fitness: Valid CDL-A, current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and physically capable of manually offloading freight using roller ramps at store drop-offs.
• Background Checks: Satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) and background history. Pre-employment DOT drug testing required (both urine and hair follicle).
• Screening: Clean MVR & background check. Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
