Position Overview: We're filling dedicated driver seats pulling 53' dry van trailers across regional lanes. You'll average ~1,004 miles per week across 3 multi-stop runs, getting paid CPM + $320 per load for store roller offloads.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,670 gross ($86.9K annual target)
• Top Performers: Up to $2,026 gross ($105K annual target)
• Pay Structure: $0.70–$0.84 CPM + $320/load unload pay + $2,000 Summer Bonus potential

Requirements & Next Steps
