Safety Gate Requirements
We maintain a strict safety culture. To be considered, you must meet the following gate requirements:
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years (as defined by FMCSA guidelines).
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years (any state).
- Clean background check and valid medical card required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no restrictions other than corrective lenses.
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Chicago terminal.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently for safety and documentation purposes.
