Class A CDL Driver (Concrete/Cement)

Our client in Lake County, OH is seeking a reliable Class A CDL Driver with experience hauling construction and concrete-related materials to job sites. This full-time role requires a safety-focused professional who understands DOT regulations and works well with crews to ensure timely deliveries, efficient pickups, and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with hands-on tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license (required)

• Must have experience working in a Concrete environment

• Proven experience operating commercial trucks with and without trailers (required)

• Strong commitment to safety and reliability (required)

• Working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (required)

• Willingness and ability to assist with physical labor when necessary (required)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate single-axle, tri-axle, tandem, semi, and quad dump trucks with trailers

• Perform ODOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Navigate Northeast Ohio dump facilities and material locations efficiently

• Safely pull trailers and haul heavy equipment

• Load, secure, and unload various types of equipment as needed

• Adapt to changing schedules, assignments, and equipment based on daily operational needs
