Pay and Weekly Miles

Drivers average approximately 2,100 to 2,300 miles each week. Pay is calculated using a CPM rate based on experience, with the minimum weekly pay program providing additional income stability when qualifying mileage is lower.

Home Every Week

Freight is approximately 99% no-touch and consists of a combination of drop-and-hook and live load or unload appointments. Drivers are generally able to remain focused on driving rather than physically handling freight.

Equipment and Qualifications

The fleet includes 2016 or newer International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions. A Class A CDL Driver interested in this position should be comfortable operating manual equipment.

Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least six months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the previous 12 months. All applicants must also meet company safety and qualification requirements.

Paid orientation is approximately three days and includes private hotel accommodations with covered orientation expenses. Rider and pet programs are also available for eligible drivers.
