Hiring Areas & Locations:
Fleet Base: Operating out of St. George, UT.
Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Denver to qualify for standard routing.
Delivery States: Freight distributes to customer locations throughout AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NE, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY.
Structured Pay: Earn steady income via Mileage Pay + Pay per Load.
Performance Bonus: Earn up to a 3% Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus to boost your weekly revenue.
Schedule & Home Time:
Standard Fleet: Home weekly for a solid 34-hour reset (days off vary based on freight demands and typically fall during weekdays).
Daily Shift Structure: Early morning start time at 06:00 AM. Drivers will work up to 14 hours per shift.
Freight Profile & Equipment:
Physical Work: Driver-unload fleet. Drivers manually unload the trailer using a gravity roller system and will climb in and out of the trailer as needed.
