We are expanding our regional and OTR team, offering a bi-weekly schedule that guarantees consistent miles and dependable revenue. Whether you have years of experience or just finished trucking school, we have a lane for you.

    • Home time schedule: Stay out for 12 to 14 days, then enjoy a complete reset at home.
    • No-touch freight: Mostly dry van cargo with about 70% drop and hook to keep you moving.
    • Weekly volume: Expect to average between 2,300 and 2,500+ miles per week.

    Paid mentorship for recent CDL graduates

    If you have zero over-the-road experience but hold proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, we will pay you to learn. Our 3-to-5-week one-on-one program covers:

    • Professional ELD management and total DOT compliance.
    • Hands-on practice and supervised miles to build your confidence.
    • Complete backing and road support before you transition to solo driving.

    What you need to qualify

    • A valid Class A CDL (or 120-hour school certificate).
    • A clean driving record (MVR) and a strong commitment to on-road safety.
    • The flexibility to handle a bi-weekly home time rotation.
    • Ability to pass the standard DOT drug test and physical exam.
