CDL-A Regional Truck Driver (Dry Van)
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
- Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
- Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
- Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
- Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
- Insurance: Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Home Time & Schedule
- Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
- Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
- Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight
Freight & Equipment
- Freight Type: Dry van freight
- Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
- Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
- Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
- Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
- Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements
