We are looking for a dependable and professional CDL A Delivery Driver to make local deliveries of building materials. This position involves loading and unloading materials by hand, with training provided when necessary.
Responsibilities
Make local deliveries of lumber and building materials
Load and unload materials safely, including by hand when necessary
Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites
Operate delivery equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
Requirements
Valid CDL A license
Valid driver's license
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Current D.O.T. medical card
Professional demeanor and neat appearance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol testing
Experience Preferred
Experience delivering or handling building materials
Experience operating a truck-mounted crane/Moffett
Experience with box trucks, boom trucks, or flatbed trucks
Forklift operating experience
