Class A CDL Truck Driver
$1,400-$1,500 Weekly Average | Regional Freight | Home Every Weekend
Location: Baltimore, MD 21201
Build a routine you can count on with a regional driving position that delivers dependable miles, weekly home time, and assigned equipment. LEM Trucking is hiring Class A CDL drivers for established Northeast freight lanes that provide consistent schedules, no-touch freight, and reliable weekly earnings.
Drivers operate primarily within the Northeast with select Midwest freight. Routes extend from Maine to the Atlanta area and west into Illinois and Indiana, allowing drivers to stay on familiar lanes instead of constantly running unpredictable routes. Most drivers spend five days on the road before returning home each weekend for a full 48-hour reset.
Freight is 100 percent dry van and completely no touch. Approximately half of the loads are drop and hook while the remaining freight is live load or unload. Dispatch focuses on keeping trucks moving efficiently while minimizing unnecessary delays between loads.
Average weekly earnings range from $1,400 to $1,500 based on experience, miles, and available accessorial pay. Weekly direct deposit is provided, with additional compensation available for qualifying detention time, layovers, and hazmat freight when applicable.
Drivers are assigned late model Freightliner Cascadia sleepers equipped with automatic transmissions, battery powered APUs, refrigerators, power inverters, and built in entertainment systems. Trucks may be taken home with approved parking, and truck stop parking is permitted when necessary.
