Pay and Home Time

Drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,500 per week, with guaranteed weekly earnings providing added income stability. Additional CPM bonuses are available, along with extra compensation for qualifying detention, layover, and breakdown time.

This position gets you home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset. Regional freight runs primarily through the Midwest and Southeast, allowing drivers to maintain consistent miles without NYC routes.

What You Can Expect

As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will haul no-touch freight in late-model Freightliner Cascadias. Trucks are equipped with driver comfort features for time spent on the road, and the regional schedule provides a more predictable routine from week to week.

CDL A Driver Requirements

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.

LEM Trucking is looking for a dependable CDL A Truck Driver who values consistent home time, reliable weekly earnings, and equipment designed with driver comfort in mind.
