Front Street Millwork & Lumber is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you'll make local deliveries of high-quality building materials while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule—and the backing of an employee-owned company that puts people first.
We’ve proudly served the Bismarck–Mandan area for over 27 years, providing premium lumber, millwork, cabinetry, and finish trims to contractors and homeowners alike.
Compensation
- $25 - $28 DOE
- $4,000 Retention Bonus
- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
- $1,000 after 2 years
- $1,000 after 3 years

Duties
- Operate various types of trucks to transport materials to designated locations
- Safely load and unload materials (forklift use as needed)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch and coworkers to ensure timely deliveries
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at each stop
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
