LeMay PCR, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Frederickson, WA. This is a local, home-daily position offering competitive pay, a consistent four-day work schedule, and excellent benefits. **Pay and Schedule** + Starting pay: $35.00 to $35.50 per hour + Schedule: 4-day workweek (4x10s) + Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Saturday or + Tuesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday + Start time: Between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission) on dedicated local routes + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment + Maintain compliance with DOT safety regulations + Provide courteous and professional customer service + Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly + Climb in and out of the truck cab multiple times per day (40+ times) + Opportunity for training on Roll-Off equipment + Complete other job-related duties as assigned **Working Conditions and Physical Requirements** + Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold + Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise levels + Frequent climbing, lifting, and physical activity required throughout the shift + Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions **Minimum Requirements** + Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) + Minimum of 3 years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with 53' trailers + Clean driving record in compliance with DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51 + High School Diploma or GED + Ability to perform physically demanding work without restriction + Basic knowledge of truck components and inspections + Strong safety mindset and customer service skills + Ability to work in all weather conditions **SAFETY SENSITIVE: YES** To be considered for any of our current openings, you must complete an application at www.careers.wasteconnections.com.
