LEM Trucking is adding a Class A CDL Driver in the Greer area for a dry van fleet offering consistent mileage, 100% no-touch freight, and home time every 10 to 14 days. Drivers average between $1,300 and $1,500 per week with additional performance bonus opportunities.

OTR Freight and Running Lanes

This fleet handles consistent automotive freight throughout the eastern portion of the country. Approximately 70% of loads are drop-and-hook, helping drivers transition between assignments without spending unnecessary time waiting at customer facilities.

All freight is dry van and 100% no-touch. A Class A CDL Driver can expect to run approximately 2,300 to more than 3,000 miles per week depending on freight demand, location, and available hours.

Pay and Bonus Opportunities

Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,500 based on mileage and operating conditions. Drivers may also qualify for performance incentives totaling up to $750 per month when applicable bonus requirements are met.

Regular home time is scheduled every 10 to 14 days. Scheduling needs can be discussed with operations when additional flexibility is required.

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model Peterbilt 579, Freightliner, and International tractors. Trucks include driver-focused features such as inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm communication systems.

Class A CDL Driver Qualifications

Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and satisfy applicable company driving record and safety standards. Three or more months of recent OTR tractor-trailer experience is preferred for this fleet.
